The TeleTech Career Fair is a collaboration
between KPerak INC Corporation, State Development Corporation, TeleTech
Interaction Management and also Institut Teknologi Perak. The
objective of this career fair is to create more job opportunities for
the locals.

started providing technical and customer service support to a local
broadband service provider and Asia Pacific clients such as a major

evaluation: •

In the assessment of the labor
pool, TeleTech is interestd in holding a career fair event in
Ipoh. TeleTech is hoping to acquire more than 500 candidates
as customer service representatives with this fair. The
minimum requirements are that the applicants have completed their
secondary school education, speak fluent English (additional languages
would be an added advantage) and is a good communicator.
Salary range for the Customer Service Representatives will be between
