29 Jun 2007 - Teletech Carreer Fair
The TeleTech Career Fair is a collaboration between KPerak INC Corporation, State Development Corporation, TeleTech Interaction Management and also Institut Teknologi Perak.  The objective of this career fair is to create more job opportunities for the locals.

The following details will be part of their assessment and evaluation:
•    City’s strenghts and thrusts vis-a-vis the challenges posed by the particular development in the services sector

•    City profile – population, infrastructure, telecommunications
•    Labor pool – major colleges/universities, graduates profile, school curricula
•    Real Estate – business districts, industrial sites, property owners

In the assessment of the labor pool, TeleTech is interestd in holding a career fair event in Ipoh.  TeleTech is hoping to acquire more than 500 candidates as customer service representatives with this fair.  The minimum requirements are that the applicants have completed their secondary school education, speak fluent English (additional languages would be an added advantage) and is a good communicator.  Salary range for the Customer Service Representatives will be between RM1000 and RM2000.  Please log on to www.hirepoint.com for more information and pre-registration.
